STUDY ON THE PROPERTY OF BIONIC SKIN SENSOR SUITABLE FOR ROBOT

  • 摘要: 本文分析了聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)制作具有触觉、滑觉、温觉的仿生皮肤传感器的结构,研究其压电特性,建立仿生皮肤的分析模型.

     

    Abstract: In this paper the structure of bionic skin sensor which possesses tactile sensation, smooth sensation and heat sensation, is analyzed. Piezoelectric property of the PVDF sensor is studied, and an analytical model of the bionic skin is constructed.
