激光作业的宏-微机器人及其控制系统

MACRO/MICRO MANIPULATOR AND CONTROL SYSTEM DRIVEN BY LASER

  • 摘要: 一小机械手附在一大机械手的末端构成的机器人系统被称为宏-微机器人系统.本文详细介绍了我们研制的采用激光作业的宏-微机器人本体和控制系统的结构和工作原理,以及在连续轨迹跟踪和汉字雕刻方面的实验结果.

     

    Abstract: A small manipulator is attached at the tip of a large manipulator, this kind of system can be regard as Macro/Micro manipulator system.This paper presents a kind of Macro/Micro manipulator system driven by laser,its structure and principle will be talked.Experiment results on continuous trajectory tracking and carving are given.
